DESCRIPTION
All network requests still done directly even if socks proxy enabled in
konqueror settings

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Konqueror
2. Open Configure window and navigate to Proxy tab
3. Set any working socks proxy
4. Load some page, that shows IP address

OBSERVED RESULT
Proxy exit ip address shown

EXPECTED RESULT
Real IP address leaked. If resource not available without proxy, it does not
load
