[email protected] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #4 from [email protected] --- My Keychron K8 Pro is affected even worse since I updated from 6.6.? directly to 6.7.2: Setting the "Follow accent color" toggle hidden in the optional "Brightness and Color" entry in the system tray to false, always sets the RGB LED color to white and brightness to max and it takes the ability to change the color away from me entirely. I can only change the brightness and patterns with the toggle disabled. When setting "Follow accent color" to enabled, the brightness is set to 100% and the color is reset to my Plasma accent color and I am able to change everything including the color again. But that doesn't really help, because a reboot resets the color and brightness again. Setting "DeviceLedsAccentColored=false" to ~/.config/kdeglobals did not function as a workaround for me either, since that is already the value set when the above toggle is set to false. The only functional workaround I found so far is to disable Kameleon in "kcmshell6 kcm_kded". After doing so and rebooting the system, it doesn't hijack my keyboard configuration anymore and the keyboard behaves as before the update from Plasma 6.6 to 6.7.2. I even reboot a second time after it seemed to be resolved just to make sure it was not a fluke. Note: When I am talking about changing color, brightness or patterns here, I mean via the Fn-shortcuts on the keyboard itself, which persist the settings on the keyboard. I am not using any software on my PC to configure or control the LEDs.
