Not using the same timer, or the green circle requires a reboot to disappear
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a new app.
2. Keep your PC awake for a few days.
3. Check the App in the Application Launcher.
OBSERVED RESULT
They either don't use the same timer, or the green circle only disappears on
reboot.
EXPECTED RESULT
Both should disappear in real time without rebooting, like the green "NEW"
message does.
