STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch NeoChat
2. Quit NeoChat
3. Open Push Services KCM in System Settings
4. Click the trash button for NeoChat and approve un-registering it
OBSERVED RESULT
NeoChat registers itself again!
EXPECTED RESULT
NeoChat is unregistered and remains unregistered.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When NeoChat re-registers itself, it appears in the System Tray as a background
app for 5 seconds. If I un-register it again within those 5 seconds, it stays
un-registered until the next time I launch NeoChat, at which point is
re-registers itself again (that's Bug 522951).
