Sorry I forgot to reply to this bit. I am not 100% sure how I did so, if it
isn't pre-setup for KDE Linux then I probably went to the Flathub page and
copy-pasted the setup instructions from there to get flatpaks setup.

I'm not sure if that sets up both, or just the system one; if it only does
system then the user is probably from installing a nightly flatpak for testing
during development.

I have my repolist configured so `Flathub (user)` is first, and `Flathub` is
second; which one is shown for install isn't consistent.

It seems somewhat random.. I just tested by opening the app page for Spotify,
Slack, and Freeplane and they all opened with `Flathub (user)` pre-selected. On
the other hand kdenlive, Elisa, and Godot Engine all defaulted to `Flathub`. I
don't see a pattern as yet.
