The problem is with the incorrect scaling of the top and bottom of the screen.
For example, Spectale cuts off the part of the bar outside the selection box
and hides the part at the bottom. I tested on X11 and there was no problem. The
problem was also visible on the login screen. Surprisingly, the widget editor
shows everything well, without any glitches.
