Where the menu appears compared to the cursor
DESCRIPTION
Context menus on the desktop and in Qt widgets apps (e.g. Dolphin, Konsole)
appears shifted one time its width to the left when the system locale is set to
Arabic, which has an RTL script.
QtQuick apps have the menus appear near the mouse but they appear to the right,
not to the left as expected, but this is probably an unrelated issue.
GTK (Firefox, GNOME Resources) apps work as expected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set system locale to Arabic
2. Restart
3. Right click the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
The context menu appears one-menu-width too far into the left.
EXPECTED RESULT
The context menu appears to the left of the cursor, but aligned to it and not
too far away.
