DESCRIPTION
If a meridian flip is triggered in the middle of an ongoing image capture job
in the sequence queue, the filter wheel may fail to return to the correct
filter prior to resuming capture.  Instead, the remaining exposures in the
resumed job will use whatever filter was set in the post-flip alignment step. 
The sub-directory containing the post-flip images will continue to use the
original filter name, but the actual filter used for the capture will be the
one that was used during alignment.  The FITS header will, however, contain the
correct FILTER value.  If I STOP (abort, not pause) the job and then restart
it, the correct filter will be selected.

Presumably, the solution would be to insert a command to rotate the filter
wheel back to the pre-flip position after the automatic alignment process has
concluded, before resuming the ongoing capture job.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure Ekos to perform automatic meridian flip, and post-flip alignment
routine.
2. Slew to target (pre-meridian).  Execute the alignment routine, using a
chosen filter, say, "L".  Start guiding.
3. Add a single FITS capture job to the queue using a different filter, say,
"H", with multiple sub-exposures of type "light", such that at least one of the
exposures in the job will start after the meridian flip.
4. Start the capture job queue.
5. Allow the automatic meridian flip and subsequent re-alignment to proceed. 
Let one or more exposures in the job queue to complete post-flip.

OBSERVED RESULT

A directory "H" will appear in the save directory path, containing a number of
FITS files, named, e.g. "LDN_889_Light_001.fits", etc.  Upon examination of the
files, it will be apparent that the "L" filter, instead of the "H" filter was
used for the exposures that happened after the flip.  The FITS headers will
also reflect this discrepancy.

EXPECTED RESULT

The exposures in the job queue which were captured after the flip should have
used the same filter that was set when the job was created.
