step 3: bad window title
DESCRIPTION
Kwrite/Kate window title shows rubbish (ДаваБезымянный) when file is not empty,
not saved, and locale isru_RU.UTF-8
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have locale Russian (ru_RU.UTF-8)
2. start KWrite (or Kate) = the window title shows "Безымянный"
3. enter some text, for example "qwertyuio"
OBSERVED RESULT
the window title becomes "ДаваБезымянный (qwertyuio) *" which does not make any
sense
EXPECTED RESULT
the window title becomes "Безымянный (qwertyuio) *"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think there is some error in the code (kwrite or kate?)
or localization strings (ki18n?), but could not find it.
