DESCRIPTION
If I adjust the scale of one of my displays can cause the layout of the
displays to go wonky and create gaps
Not sure how to reproduce this as I can't always get this to work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a bunch of display
2. Adjust the scale of one of them

OBSERVED RESULT
There are gaps and the display layout is possible to be applied

EXPECTED RESULT
Applying should not be possible and adjusting one display should not affect the
relation between other displays.
