In the video there are 5 displays in roughly this arrangement (I'm attaching a
screenshot from the video)

Ancor (landscape) | Samsung (portrait) | Sony TV (landscape 3840x2160 16:9
@200%)
Virtual-Mon  (landscape) | Add.... (landscape)

The left side of the Samsung display is touching the upper right side of the
Virtual-Monitor

Steps to reproduce
1. Select Sony TV, change Scale to 100%

This creates a gap between the Samsung and Virtual-Monitor displays
The Apply button is functional, despite this gap (it shouldn't be)

The next attempt to edit the display arrangement does eventually trigger the
gap warning, but not until the Virtual Display is adjacent to the Sansung
monitor again. The "Add..." display is still not adjacent to any other
displays, so the warning should be there, but should have already been there.
