DESCRIPTION
Without a hover effect is can be unclear where to click for the desired effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the networks applet
2. Expand a connection
3. Hover the mouse over the "Speed" or "Details" button
OBSERVED RESULT
No visual change to the button.
EXPECTED RESULT
Button should change visually to indicate it is the currently hovered item.
