DESCRIPTION
Currently, folder icons are using a default preset blue. It would be nice to
see the folder icons match the selected accent colour much like how Breeze
icons work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select accent colour from colours in Plasma settings
2. Go to dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Folder icons not respecting selected accent colour
EXPECTED RESULT
Folder icons using the same colour as the selected accent colour much like
Breeze
