DESCRIPTION
Currently, virtual outputs can be created only through the screen sharing
portal. krfb-virtualmonitor can also create virtual outputs, but it is for use
with VNC due to the addition of a password and port.
It would be ideal to allow creating virtual outputs through the "Display &
Monitor" KCM or through a CLI tool.
