Hardware cursor is permanently offset by approximately 5 pixels to the right
and bottom of the actual cursor drawing. The offset is constant across the
entire screen and affects both the Plasma desktop and games.

Forcing the software cursor via KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=1 fixes my issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Single monitor: Philips Evnia 49M2C8900 (5120x1440 @ 240 Hz, HDR enabled)
2. Scale set to 100%
3. Observe that the actual cursor click is ~5 px bottom right of where mouse
cursor is
4. Enable KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=1 → offset disappears

EXPECTED RESULT:
Hardware cursor should be pixel-perfect aligned.
