Current proxy settings for this (and all) project(s)

DESCRIPTION
When I import a video file to the project, and the proxy is created
automatically, the proxy appears to be 90° rotated. The input video was
2160x3840 according to Kdenlive (it's a vertical phone recording), though VLC
says it's 3840x2160 (but plays it correctly, in portrait). Whenever I enable
the proxy for that clip, it is shown as rotated. But when I turn the proxy off,
the video is shown correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import a new video to the Kdenlive project
2. Let the proxy be generated automatically (proxy options for the project are
in the attachment)

OBSERVED RESULT
Once the proxy is enabled, the video will be shown 90° rotated. If you turn off
the proxy, it will be shown correctly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Proxy and raw video should keep the same aspect ratio, and nothing should be
rotated.
