Users should be able to maintain their own trusted user list.
For example I know who user @user:example.com is, they're my good friend and I
trust them. I can click on their profile and click `Add to Trusted User list`.
The list be somewhere in a local database, and it would have two fields,
`username` and then the trust options e.g. `images`, `videos`, `files`
`messages`.
- Images would automatically download to the local cache and show images from
this user
- Videos would automatically download to the local cache and show videos from
this user
- Files would automatically download to the local cache files sent from this
user
- Messages would auto accept private messages from this user
This would of course be a setting in NeoChat so users can easily maange it.
