DESCRIPTION
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDE (arch)
2. Open any window that display non-static content (e.g. browser, scroll the
page, terminal showing `cat /dev/random`)
OBSERVED RESULT
~20% cpu usage for kwin_wayland process, higher for full screen (youtube video,
omnissa horizon sesstion).
EXPECTED RESULT
<10%
