--- Comment #1 from John <[email protected]> --- Created attachment 194890 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=194890&action=edit All the updates that I want to ignore I forgot to mention that I need to ignore also the 'Microsoft KEK CA' That you can see in the attached printscreen. And that I previously reported thinking that Discover maybe issues the wrong system command: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=521329 I couldn't find a way by changing the firmware configuration to make it work. The update appears only from time to time, which is weird, but when it does, it's automatically ticked, and if I don't untick it it will show and install error every single time, that I have to click to dismiss. Compared to the awful shim ones, this one doesn't break anything, but it just fails to install every single time and it's annoying. As I said in the other bug report, I already uploaded everything and maybe firmware update tool developers will be able to fix it in the future, but until then, it's very annoying to always look for it to find it and then uncheck it, otherwise I have to click to dismiss the install error message again. BTW, when the updates ignoring will work, please make sure the to substract the number of ignored ones from the total number of updates in that circle in the left panel. I don't want to be annoyed with a system showing that is not up to date because I stopped some problematic updates. In the ptrintscreen attached it should say 0 or whatever it says when a system is fully up to date. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
