I'm currently a student in learning stage, also I just run a basic fixed refresh rate single monitor... Do I couldn't find any practical way to find myself. I guess this will require editing configs and as per other users experience multi monitor setup is still hit or miss on Wayland even with Plasma. Maybe Chat with other contributers / developers on NeoChat (Matrix Client messaging app). I also got their to say hello and they respond friendly and ready to help or tell ...
