DESCRIPTION
Screenshots are taken way too late when pressing print e.g. while a video is on
screen. Rather than getting the video frame on screen when the key was pressed,
or at least reasonably close, you'll get an image taken of the video often a
second or more later. This makes taking good screenshots of anything in motion
at a desired point almost impossible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press print key while you look at a video
OBSERVED RESULT
Screenshot is taken with a huge delay of one second or more
EXPECTED RESULT
Screenshot taken corresponds to what you saw on screen when pressing the key,
or reasonably close
