I'm curious to know why it would make more sense to put in KDE Linux itself
rather than in the Flatpak build of Lokalize.

SVN is a niche tool not of general utility. One of the few places it's still
used these days is in the translation infrastructure for some KDE translation
teams. Given that Lokalize is an app built specifically for those teams, and
that the Flatpak version of this app is useful on image-based OSs where
downloading command-line tools is often more of a challenge than on a
traditional OS, wouldn't including SVN in the Lokalize Flatpak make a lot of
sense?
