DESCRIPTION
Performing a "Cut" action (`Ctrl + X`) on a file, closing the source window
before pasting, and then pasting the file into a new location results in a file
copy instead of a file move.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download a file in a web browser.
2. Open Dolphin directly from the browser's download notification (using the
folder icon).
3. Select the downloaded file and press **`Ctrl + X`** (Cut).
4. Close the Dolphin window.
5. Paste the file into a separate, pre-opened destination directory.
6. Return to the original download location to inspect the file state.
OBSERVED RESULT
The file is present in **both** the original download directory and the new
destination directory.
EXPECTED RESULT
The file is present **only** in the destination directory (the original file
should be removed).
