When you start KAlarm for the first time, its calendars should be created and
enabled automatically

If active alarms can't be written to any calendar, many of the basic alarm
handling menu options are disabled. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KAlarm.
2. Execute KAlarm.

OBSERVED RESULT
The user cannot create an alarm, does not know what to do and gets disturbed.

EXPECTED RESULT
The user should be able to create an alarm and use the features of the
magnificent KAlarm.
