Jack <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Severity|wishlist |normal --- Comment #8 from Jack <[email protected]> --- Turning this back to "normal" from "wishlist" as I now have the same problem, but the solutions proposed here are not relevant. I have several payees shown as "Unused" in the Payees View. If I grep from one of the names in the list, it shows up in the relevant PAYEE object, and also in the MEMO field of one or more transactions (both the transactions and the splits.) These were imported transactions that did get matched, but those matches have long since been accepted. If I grep for Pnnnnn, the ONLY presence in the data file is the <PAYEE ...> record. I have no idea where it might be finding any reference to that payee. My next step is to try debugging, trapping when it asks for a new Payee to replace the references, and seeing if the code right before that shows anything useful. (Most of these seem to be where the Payee created from the import were things like "Joe's restaurant" which I repointed to "Misc Restaurant" and added "Joe's restaurant to the matching list for "Misc Restaurant." -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
