$ kde-open runnable-script.sh
For security reasons, launching executables is not allowed in this context.
But opening runnable scripts written in Python, Ruby, PHP, JavaScript, etc.,
works fine. I think kde-open should *open* the urls given so the part about
"launching executables" is a non sequitur.
