DESCRIPTION
In 26.08, scrolling in rooms in compact mode is completely broken, making it
largely unusable
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In compact mode, enter any room
2. Scroll up a few lines
3. Try to scroll down
OBSERVED RESULT
The position starts ramdomly jumping up and down
EXPECTED RESULT
The room scrolls down.
