DESCRIPTION
a failing ftp connection prompts with username/password after a failed attempt.
Clicking cancel just starts connecting again eventually blocking the ip
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open an ftp connection
2.enter username and password
3. let teh connection fail
OBSERVED RESULT
User is prompted again even after clicking cancel
EXPECTED RESULT
No new connection attempts are tried.l
