DESCRIPTION
File icons and folder expansion arrows are not displayed if Dolphin is started
in details view.
Workaround is to switch to a different view mode and back to details, the issue
won't reappear in that tab.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set last view mode to Details
2. Restart Dolphin or open a new tab
3. Observe
OBSERVED RESULT
No icons or expansion arrows displayed
