In the screenlocker configuration, a delay can be set after which a password is
required to unlock the screen. One of the options is 'Never require password'
which I read as 'After infinite minutes'.
This changes the behaviour of a forced lock using the lock shortcut. When a
fixed delay is configured, the password is correctly only required after the
delay and immediately when force-locking using the shortcut.
However, when setting the delay to 'Never require password', the forced-lock
also does not require a password, which is unexpected behaviour.
Workaround: I can set the delay to a custom value of 9999 minutes and I get the
expected behaviour: automatic lock doesn't ask for password (for 9999 minutes
which seems infinite) and forced-lock does immediately.
