STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Set system locale to Arabic
Open System Settings → Fonts (screenshot attached)
Look at panels, menus, and window titles rendering Arabic text
OBSERVED RESULT Arabic UI text renders with a font meant for documents (Noto
Sans Arabic), which has taller line metrics than the UI-optimized variant (Noto
Sans Arabic UI). This makes menus, panels, and lists feel visually inconsistent
with Latin UI text.
EXPECTED RESULT Arabic UI text should use the UI-optimized font variant,
matching how Latin UI text is handled.
