Just a quick follow-up — I'm confused about this.

I attached the ls -R and identify output to show what happened. Basically,
thumbnails are being generated for files that are already thumbnails, and it
keeps going.

Why doesn't the thumbnailer just check if the file is already in the cache
directory before generating? Seems like a simple path check would stop this.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding how the worker is supposed to work.

Also, the Thumb::URI fields in the cached PNGs clearly point to other cached
PNGs, so the recursion is definitely happening at the thumbnailer level.

Is this expected behavior or a bug? If it's intended, I guess I'll just avoid
opening the cache folder in Dolphin, but that's kinda annoying.
