DESCRIPTION
No setting to turn off showing accented characters when a key is held- help
center implies it should be possible to turn this setting off so that holding
down a key only causes it to repeat

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure Key Repeat is checked on in keyboard settings
2. Hold down any letter key
