Issue in File Picker
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have the system in a language other than English.
2. Bookmark a folder with the File Picker.
3. Look at its address in the bookmark.
OBSERVED RESULT
file:// appears in the address.
EXPECTED RESULT
Either translate it or remove it.
