DESCRIPTION
If you set mouse scroll wheel speed to maximum, a single mousewheel movement
while hovering the Digital Clock widget calendar instantly switches to a
different month. However if you are using a slower mouse wheel speed, you have
to perform multiple scroll actions (the month has to be scrolled at least ~50%
for the month to change). The accepted time frame between scrolls is short, so
if you wait around 250ms between scroll actions, the month bounces against your
scrolling.
Related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=506345 because we can't click a
day in the next/previous month, so instead we have to snipe the tiny
'previous'/'next' month arrow, or use the scrollwheel.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the Digital Clock widget
2. Hover the Calendar component of the widget
3. Use the scrollwheel (try different scrollwheel speeds)
OBSERVED RESULT
Month changes differently based on mousewheel setting
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be a way to scroll precisely 1 month per 1 mouse wheel rotation, without
having to use maximum mousewheel speed.
