DESCRIPTION
Using the Tab and Shift-Tab keys should navigate the focus in a logical way. It
does not in the save dialog.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. press Ctrl-N to create a new file
3. Press Ctrl-S to save the file
4. The filename text box is highlighted and has the focus.
5. Shift-Tab moves the focus to the list of files, but nothing is highlighted.
The user does not know where the current focus is.
6. Press Tab to move the focus back to the file name box.
OBSERVED RESULT
In Step 5, the highlight disappears
In Step 6. nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
In Step 5, the highlight should move around the file list to visually indicate
to the user where the focus is.
In Step 6. the focus should move back to the file name box

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using the keyboard to select a file after step 6 makes pressing Tab work again.
As long as nothing or a directory is selected the tab key will not work to
navigate back to the file name box.
