Video showcasing the described issue.

I have encountered a really weird bug.

After my system goes to sleep and I wake it back up, I encounter a bug where
the desktop and any windows which are visible (yet not focused) are completely
unresponsive. I can try clicking, click and holding, scrolling onto my desktop
yet nothing responds. Similarly, the visible windows cannot be focused by
clicking on them, I can only focus them by clicking on their icon on my task
manager (aka taskbar).

I can fix this bug by logging out and back in, however this becomes irritating
after a while.
