DESCRIPTION
When trying to open some executables, like the one from the FreeMKV project,
Dolphin complains that the file does not  exist despite it being there.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the FreeMKV binary from GitHub
2. Double click on it
3. Click "continue" on the confirmation dialogue

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin says that the file does not exist.

EXPECTED RESULT
The executable is run or, if this cannot happen, a message is shown explaining
what the actual issue is.
