Bug ID: 524852
Summary: Print multiple selected files at once
Classification: I don't know
Product: kde
Version First unspecified

Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general

Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
It is often needed to print multiple files : pictures, administrative tasks,
archival, etc. A typical way to do that would be, imo, to just select all the
files you want printed, do ctrl + p, and have all your selected files added to
the printing queue.
There is currently 0 way to do this simply in KDE GUI, which is a shame. You,
for the moment, need to either click each file and print it (long), or spend 15
minutes figuring out how your printer's options are name to add them to your lp
command in the terminal.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a few .jpg files
2. Absolutely SMASH the ctrl + p keys
3. Do this for, say, 30 minutes
4. See if a « Print X files » pop up appears.
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no such pop up
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be such a pop up
