DESCRIPTION
In Dolphin's settings, there is an option to enable or disable previews for
specific file types. When the "Folders" preview option is disabled, an issue
occurs with the display of folders that do not contain any previewable files
(images, videos, etc.). Instead of showing the folder's default icon, Dolphin
displays only the folder's title, with the icon completely missing.
This issue is reproducible on my system when:
The "Folders" preview option is disabled in Dolphin settings (Configure
Dolphin > Previews > uncheck Folders).
The folder in question does not contain any files that have previews enabled
(e.g., no images, videos, or other previewable content).

OBSERVED RESULT
The folder icon is not displayed. Instead, only the folder's title (name) is
visible. The icon completely disappears, leaving a blank space or a missing
icon placeholder where the folder icon should be.
EXPECTED RESULT
When the "Folders" preview option is disabled, folders should still display
their standard folder icon (the default folder icon provided by the system or
icon theme). The icon should not disappear, regardless of the folder's content.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This problem is not 100% reproducible. Indeed, after rebooting, changing the
theme, or reinstalling everything related to Dolphin and Kio, the expected
behavior will be that expected according to Dolphin's settings: clicking on
"preview" in a folder containing only folders will do nothing. In folders with
PDF files (or other files for which preview is selected in settings), the file
previews will be displayed normally.
