DESCRIPTION
Applications launched from Icon Widget doesn't show any launch feedback.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag a .desktop file which has property "StartUpnotify=true" to a panel
2. Click the icon
OBSERVED RESULT
No launch feedback is shown next to cursor (bouncy icon) or in task manager.
EXPECTED RESULT
Launch feedback is shown.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.29.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The same desktop file shows launch feedback if launched directly from dolphin,
application menu or krunner.
(this works fine under X11)
