DESCRIPTION
Ghostwriter always opens with the Folder View open in the sidebar, even after
clicking on any other tab.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Ghostwriter
2. Click on Outline or any sidebar tab other than Folder View
3. Quit Ghostwriter
4. Launch Ghostwriter again
OBSERVED RESULT
Ghostwriter opens with the Folder View tab open in the sidebar
EXPECTED RESULT
Ghostwriter opens with the Outline tab open in the sidebar

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue only started a couple versions ago. Unfortunately, I cannot say
which was the first. I expected the very next update to fix it, but it never
got fixed. No results online or the bugtracker for this issue either.
