Hi,
I got the same problem
I suggest to create a tool that is able to find (3 mode) :
- all face area that are overlapping by xx% (let's say 90% as default)
regardless of the tag
- all face area that are overlapping by xx% (let's say 90% as default) with the
same tagId
- all face area that are overlapping by xx% (let's say 90% as default) with the
different tagId

The display interface could be displayed as :
Overall area (containing all overlapping area), area#1 with its person name,
area#2, area#3, ....

Then the user could select the area he want to keep by just clicking on it. the
other area are deleted.

It would also be nice to be able to automate : If all faces for an overlaped
area got the same label, then keep only the latest (aka the one choosed with
the latest algorithm (probably the best)) or keep the overall area (the one
containing all of them).

Regards
