DESCRIPTION
Today, I tried to start Dolphin, but it was taking an excessively long time (1
minute). I left it alone and continued to browse the web. After it started up,
I found it had opened the previously open folder, which was located on my other
nvme drive (Windows data partition). If Dolphin is starting up and taking an
excessive amt of time due to mounting issues, there should be some sort of user
feedback.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Dolphin should be configured to open the last location on start up.
1. Close Dolphin and make sure your last location is a network or drive that
doesn't mount quickly.
2. Restart computer and make sure that drive isn't mounted
3. Start Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
It takes forever to start up.
EXPECTED RESULT
Some dialog saying 'waiting for mount to become available'
