Example with Audacity
Certain apps spawn new windows for text bubbles, such as Audacity when hovering
over a slider, and this causes apps to demand attention. In addition, certain
apps demand attention a lot unnecessarily raising hidden panels with task
manager widgets on them. It would be nice to have a feature where a certain
app/window demanding attention either doesn't raise the taskbar or gets ignored
completely.
I've attached an example where this happens with Audacity: hover over the
slider, which triggers a pop-up saying "Playback Level: 68%" being created,
which in turn demands attention as a new window has appeared.
