DESCRIPTION
Color Picker allows you to open a color dialog from its context menu. This will
not block all of Plasma, but it will block that specific panel (if on a panel)
or desktop (if on desktop). This is not great UX.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Context menu, Open Color Dialog
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel/Desktop is blocked
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel/Desktop is still interactable
