DESCRIPTION
The decoration-maximized-center, decoration-maximized-opaque-center etc, all
those elements usually located in decoration.svgz have the wrong scaling. The
horizontal scaling works, as it still matches the maximized window borders,
however the vertical scaling is no longer applied to the window's title bar
height but to the entire window as a whole! This behavior had remained constant
for years but has changed with the recent updates and is breaking some themes!
The worst part is that this problem is unnoticeable in the majority of the
themes, as those usually just have a colored rectangle for those elements
without any special design whatsoever, however in some themes (such as the one
I had been working on here https://store.kde.org/p/2370239/ I have also been
working on other themes but I haven't published them yet, those would also be
affected ) the issue is clearly noticeable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get my theme or any theme with special window bar decorations
2. Install theme
3. Theme is broken, appearence is wrong
Optional steps:
Change the TitleHeight=37 value at [Layout] of any theme, you will notice how
instead of scaling the decoration-maximized-center element with higher values
it becomes uncovered, as if peeling underneath the window, as it already covers
the whole window by default.
OBSERVED RESULT
The theme doesn't get applied correctly, scaling is wrong.

The theme should apply correctly as it had been for many years
