DESCRIPTION
Trying to set up an account using GMail OAuth, and once the account is
completed, the account reports "Server is not available". I can click on
"Restart", and it will change to "Server is ready" for about 5 seconds, then go
back to "not available".

This happens whether I have included my password in the settings or not; but
when I don't include it, KMail never asks for my password.
May (or may not) be related to bug 379131 and/or bug 525082?
