Birthday yesterday. I tried with 2 USB drives (One was fat32, another ntfs). After 3 retries, they always booted up properly. then I changed both to ext4 and same. They worked. But in regards to the bug here https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458349 Yes, while testing the 2 USB drives, the nvme devices in /dev/nvme.... did in fact start changing.
