DESCRIPTION
Removing an expense category can leave an undefined PAYEE defaultaccountid.
This inconsistency is NOT detected by Tools -> Consistency Check. OFX import
aborts with no UI-displayed error if the corrupt PAYEE is matched. Subsequent
OFX transactions are silently skipped.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a top-level expense category "MyGroup".
2. Create a subordinate expense category "MyGroup/MyCategory".
3. Set a "MyPayee" payee's default category to "MyGroup/MyCategory".
4. Delete category "MyGroup" and choose the option to delete all subordinate
categories.
5. Save the kmymoney data to an unencrypted XML.
5. Import an OFX with a payee matching to "MyPayee".

Examine the kmymoney data XML and note the PAYEE defaultaccountid to an
undefined category.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Category deletion should not leave undefined PAYEE defaultaccountid
references.
2. OFX import should catch exceptions and report failures in the UI, not just
on cout / cerr.
3. Tools -> Consistency Check should check PAYEE defaultaccountid and all other
ID references.
